Shipping Methods: Once your payment is received and verified, we will initiate the shipping process promptly. We offer two shipping options based on your location:

TTPost Couriers (Trinidad and Tobago): For our valued customers in both Trinidad and Tobago, we utilize TTPost Couriers to deliver your orders. TTPost Couriers typically deliver within 1 to 5 days, depending on your location. The shipping cost for TTPost Couriers is $35TTD.

External Courier Service (Trinidad Only): For our customers in Trinidad, we use an external courier service that covers the entire country. The external courier service usually delivers within 1 to 3 days. The shipping cost for this service is $40TTD.
Please note that the external courier service is exclusively for orders going to Trinidad, while TTPost Couriers are used for both Trinidad and Tobago.
Shipping Timeframe: After your order is processed and payment is confirmed, we will endeavor to ship your items as quickly as possible. However, please allow for standard delivery timeframes based on the courier service selected:
- TTPost Couriers (Trinidad and Tobago): 1 to 5 days
- External Courier Service (Trinidad): 1 to 3 days
Please keep in mind that shipping times may vary based on factors such as weather conditions, public holidays, and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Rest assured that we are committed to ensuring your order reaches you promptly and securely.
Tracking Your Order: Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your package and get real-time updates on its progress.
Shipping Cost: The shipping cost for TTPost Couriers (Trinidad and Tobago) is $35TTD, and for the external courier service (Trinidad), it is $40TTD.
