Return and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping with Viva Organics. We want you to have a positive shopping experience with us, and we aim to provide the best possible service. Please read our Return and Cancellation Policy carefully to understand your rights and options.

  1. Returns:

1.1 Eligibility: In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days.
  • The Goods are in the original packaging and unopened.
  • The Goods are not damaged in any way.
  • All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a valid receipt from us.

1.2 Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If an order has already been shipped, shipping will not be refunded.

1.3 Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately within 1 day of delivery.

1.4 Exchanges on Non-Defective Items: For exchanges on non-defective items to be considered, the item must be in its original, unopened packaging and/or have tags intact, and be unused.

1.5 Exceptions: The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly, or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

1.6 Refusal of Returns: We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

1.7 Refund Eligibility: Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

  1. Cancellations:

2.1 Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped, we will process the cancellation and provide a full refund to the original payment method.

2.2 Partial Order Cancellation: If you want to cancel only a part of your order, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, if the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel a portion of the order.

  1. Returning Goods:

3.1 Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service for the return shipment. We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

  1. Statutory Rights: This return and cancellation policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under Trinidad and Tobago’s consumer protection laws.
